He’s weary of deleting comments from the general public that are potentially libelous and thinks that encouraging people to read the BBC’s staff libel course might help…

Sounds like a useful resource, but it won’t stop the nutters.
Have you seen anything like this elsewhere? In the US maybe? Sounds like it would be worth a try for almost any media owner…
